Dr. Alyson Freedman is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, in 2025. She is currently completing her postdoctoral residency at Healthtopia Clinics. Dr. Freedman takes an integrative, evidence-based approach to care, treating each patient as a whole person rather than a set of isolated symptoms. She works closely with patients to understand their unique health histories and goals, meeting them where they are and building sustainable paths toward long-term wellness. Her clinical interests include women’s health, gastrointestinal conditions, sleep disturbances, and mental health. She draws on extensive training in botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and nutraceuticals to design personalized treatment plans grounded in both traditional naturopathic principles and current research.
