Julie Gabbard, FNP, is a certified family nurse practitioner who delivers primary care to people of all ages, including preventive care and diagnosing and treating chronic and acute conditions and injuries. She has a passion for motivating people to pursue their best health. She performs comprehensive consultations with the primary goal of health promotion, disease prevention, and early detection of problems. Ms. Gabbard earned her master’s in nursing at UC San Francisco, and a bachelor’s of science in nursing at San Diego State University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board and has served as faculty for the University of San Diego Family Nurse Practitioner Program. In her free time, Ms. Gabbard enjoys spending time with family, long walks with her golden retriever, racquet sports and playing music.
